About the directory

About Browsergame

Browsergame is an independent directory of browser games and community web ports. It helps you find a destination and understand the setup before opening a provider.

What each listing means

Catalog entries include the game name, external destination, genre and setup label. GTA5 has a separate information page and provider selector. Other game buttons open their providers directly. Browsergame does not host game code, archives or game servers.

How guides are prepared

Guides explain project documentation, visible compatibility notices and setup differences. Where a guide makes project-specific statements, its Project documentation section links to the source. A listing is not a complete gameplay test or proof that a provider is authorized. Availability, controls and requirements can change.

Favorites and your device

Your catalog favorites, preferred theme and view are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not a game account or an exported save. Clear favorites in the catalog to remove saved titles, or clear Browsergame site data in your browser to remove all local preferences.

External websites and artwork

Game names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Browsergame is not affiliated with the game publishers or linked providers. When you open an external link, that provider's own privacy practices, accounts and game requirements apply. The site also requests its fonts from Google Fonts.

Advertising

Browsergame uses HilltopAds for sponsored offer links and third-party Multitag advertisements. Sponsored offers are advertisements, not game servers. Advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies and process device or browsing information to deliver and measure advertisements. Their own privacy practices apply. Opening a game may also open a sponsored tab. Browsergame stores the last sponsored-tab time in session storage to space these openings by at least 30 seconds. Video advertisements use Google’s IMA player, which makes requests to Google and the advertising provider.

Finding the right project

Read the browser game starting guide, compare the open-world and sandbox collection, or use the complete site map to find a guide. Return to the catalog to search and save games.
